Caldari here. Around 2 Mil. I've gotten pretty good at minimizing cost with the same effectiveness. Just like any true Caldari (not just Civire, btw, I'm Achura) would be able to do. Super-Capitalism is cool.

Anything you bought with AURUM is fair game. Anything out of the PSN packs is not. One, you used real money to get AURUM to get those BPO's. The other, you paid real money for the pack, and the BPO's came with them.
