The Galente federation is full of a bunch of bandwagonning cowards who side with the side that's going to buff their stats. I've seen far too many full caldari mercenaries lick the galente's feet simply because they want to win.
As a mercenary, I fight for the arms dealer that's going to supply me my equipment, which in this case is the caldari, yet it's nearly impossible to break level 2 because of the shear mass of noobs on my team who don't realize that if you don't win you don't get anything.
Things should all balance out within a week or so, but for now I foresee much rage as I fight against the horde of confused mercenaries who don't realize they're ruining their standings with the corp that supplies most of their own gear half of the time. |

On another note, it may be a decent suggestion to offer greater LPs for fighting for the side thats the minority within the constellation. Makes sense that a faction who's losing will greater respect a merc willing to fight a losing battle.
Maybe a 35% bonus to LP gained for winning a match on an enemy majority planet would slap some sense into the bandwagonners who are about to drive the caldari into extinction. |

Depending on the character (I have four plus a Capsuleer) , I either fight Caldari, Minmatar or Amarr. But never for the Gallente.

And those 3 matches were proto stomp matches with logis and scanners everywhere. (Hate scanners  )
Either I'm a god of destruction or Caldari really really suck.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.
