The CRU skill reduces fitting requirements for the mobile CRU. I run some fairly tight fits and I can see where it would become useful to have a few ranks in that skill.

I believe the war-barge precision strike should be removed and replaced with some other reward when squads reach 2500 wp. People in PC will be rewarded for bringing their eve-side support with orbital strikes.
