I noticed yeaterday that shield rechargers and shield energizers are both listing the 4% penalty to shield HP when equiped. I was checking enhanced lvl at the time. Not sure if all lvls are bugged.

More time in the academy would def help. Also, anything that speeds up SP accrual. The players that are new to the game are the hungry ones...the ones taking their first steps into DUST are the ones that want to play nonstop. Give them some incent...
