Exactly what the title says. Why dont people use Scattered Blasters or Compressed Railguns, as far as I can tell from the stats they're better than the Basic turrets in almost every way.

They're amazing! I'm only using the Soma with a Standard Light/Heavy armour repper and two Standard Plates. But holy crap these things can rep fast, not only that, but they seem to accelerate faster than Shield HAVs and in some cases go faster ...

I'd go with Kin Catalyzers. It doesn't matter how much health you have, as long as you avoid getting hit, and Kin Catalyzers help a lot. And anyway, 144hp is only going to stop two more hits from a TAC AR.
