So.... your dream is to want HAVs to constantly Redline Snipe? AV Nades should be removed or seriously nerfed, like almost all other AV weapons they require no skill, but except these can be carried around by a Cal Logi packing a Duvolle.

Back when we had them I'd shove a load of Nanofiber Chassis on a Madrugar or Armour LAV, with added Nitrous Injectors and go back to the future. The LAV would spiral out of control whenever I turned a corner at top speed though
