400 ROF is 6.6 bullets a second. That's within human capability. Also, its supposed to be a high alpha low DPS weapon, and its kinda sorta there. The DPS with 400 ROF is 500, however you almost never fire it that fast because unless the target is...

I dunno. It felt fine a few days ago. Now I tried playing and it just kept fighting my aim. Its almost better turning it off, until I meet a scout and have to deal with the mushy controls.
