To reiterate (posted a few times elsewhere in varying degrees) Passive SP gains as I've come to understand them... 1 sp every 4 seconds = 15 sp per minute (60 / 4 = 15) 15 sp per minute for one hour = 900 sp per hour (15 * 60 = 900) times sp gains...

I had/have the same issue more often if I connect wirelessly. I figured it was just my connection to the server. Doesn't seem to happen as much when I'm plugged in though.
