I... I'm... looking forward for the Rail Rifle, since I won't be able to stay competitive in 1.7 with the weapon I've been using exclusively for 6 months. That or the Scrambler. I only like slow RoF, high damage precision rifles.

The only difference to me is that weapons with bonus damage to armor are better finishers and the Combat and Rail Rifle are going to be excellent tools to steal kills and make your friends yell at you all the time.
