As a regular user of it, I think it's one of the more balanced weapons. If you use it wrong it can kill you, and as Jack said above, you need discipline to know when to stop firing in the heat of battle and switch to your sidearm to finish a kill ...

I'd say anything below 50% armor on the MCC or below 50% of the clones on one side is not great for me. Having said that, I appreciate there are just so few players it could make wait times increase, but I'm fine with that.
