Yeah, the Type-B really isn't worth the ISK. I'd recommend getting other passives up, like mechanics or sharpshooter. Oh, and make sure you max out weaponry.

I don't get the HMG nerf threads. The only time I've ever done really good with it are in games where people seem to think the HMG is a 'free hugs!' sign. And I don't even use the thing anymore. But yeah, nerf hammer = bad Nerf screwdriver ...
