Gotta disagree on you on this one Kagehoshi. Stay away from my sidearm! If I want another suit with 2 equipment slots I'll use a scout. Medium frames get no equipment bonuses (fitting OR efficacy). I would never use that suit.

25% salvage is fine, just give more LP and give some standings to the top 3-5 players on the losing side. (It takes a herculean effort to get to level 10 for Amarr or Caldari as it stands) Fixed.
