It would be fun though, even if it was just for a week to see how the game played out. Increasing the pg/cpu cost of health mods is possibly a good way to go.

It seems pretty basic now, stack as much HP and win. If anything it would increase peoples options and creativity. I fail to see how the inability to stack HP would make the game suddenly generic.

I'd like to see the removal of shield extenders, all armour plating and possibly damage mods. Your dropsuit hp is what you get period. I think it would encourage the use of other modules and help give players in std gear more of a fighting chance...

It takes so much ammo to kill a guy in a tanked proto suit, couple that with the ability to strafe and jump around like a madman it just makes gunfights far to long and tedious. So if I sneak up behind couple of guys I should be able to kill both...
