i'm pretty sure you get the salvage whether you view what it was or not. also, lately i've been disappointed with how low grade the salvage is. more people are using better stuff. why isn't salvage drops getting any better?

i've seen em do that as well. same with enemy drop uplinks, i find it best to stand still and it seems to reappear. run off, not far, turn around and its invisible.
