Yup, got scout a couple weeks ago to see if it really was as OP as I thought, it is. It's just so easy being able to see everyone and picking your own fights, it's so much better than assault.

1 day of bugged payouts and now everybody is complaining about low ISK -.-. I get more than enough ISK running basic suits, and I can make due with advanced by being cautious, but if your using Proto, then you deserve to lose ISK.
