I am sick of losing do to poor vehicle drops. I am clearly away from all structures and I am still being told a vehicle cannot be deployed. WTF CCP we the player base are sick of this. Vehicle falling and being destroyed on delivery, unable to be delivered for whatever BS reason, or vehicle stalling in the air as our team loses. I have lost to many to count for my team needed to get back into the battle but cannot for our tanks are destroyed as they hang in the air, our LAVs are spun around like dancers or they never come. Its horrible please fix ASAP CCP. Some matches outcomes depends on vehicle delivery and I have lost quite a few do this.
Can the other voices in other peoples minds hear my voices in my head????

I hate that too.
I want a dropship. No deployment. I finally get one but the RDV does not drop it.

I actually hate that bug, when you droping from MCC and someone call something DS/LAV/HAV and i land on that thingie and lost all health XD

I agree, but please dont fix the RDVs that crash into the ground, explode, say "deployment failed", but leave your vehicle unscathed.
Actually, please make this the standard deployment procedure

Or it drops it from a great height; if it's shield, it blows up. If armor, loses half its HP.
I may be missing something, but I'm pretty sure that I didn't call for a tank nerf before Uprising 1.7. - Atiim

I agree with the can not drop stuff made a thread about it right after the change. If you are on the new map with high and low ground if you start on low ground you have to run 50 yards away from spawn to get any vehicles out which puts that team at a huge disadvantage.

CCP doesn't care about vehicle balance or vehicle operator quality of life. It's all about infantry mate because more than 51% of the player base runs infantry most of the time and Rattati is a number's man.

Yes and a bunch of joints fly onto the battlefeild and the only way to get rid of them is fo get your merc high.

i even had an RDV literally blow up as it approched the ground to drop off my DS.. subsiquently my DS also blew up and i was out of 1 DS worth like 200k or some crap.. i think it was bad/phantom geography vs flightpath mapping/ flightpath algerithm or something.
however, it does need fixing even wide and flat open spaces are "inacessable" to RDVs

Vehicle deployment used to be worse,
they were vulnerable to collisions as were bolases. Often both popped.
and sometimes the deplo happened 300m fron your position. Or on a structure you can't reach.
So it is much better now.
BUT I do miss the vulnerability of the deployment, that's how it is sometimes on the battlefield.
BUT BUT - the "unsuitable position for delivery" on flat ground bug is terrible and it really has to go.
People would enjoy Dust a lot more if they accepted the fact that EVERYTHING is subject to change
