1. Scout Dropsuit - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
Tier 3-5 suits have the same speed as tier 1 though. You get a bonus to CPU and PG but that's kind of an understood change going up in any of the suits. It's just the only +1 type change that is a decrease in speed.

The missiles do more damage to vehicles to people, that's kind of game design from what I understand. There is an entire sub-group of skills under "Turrets" that has pretty much everything you're looking for.
