i have also been noticing this problem and don't have it on any other shooter but thats to be expected there is even lag in the menu's not enough of the game is client side.

how about lose or reduce the charge/lock time of AV as of now it is suicide to try and a lock a tank they can fire atleast 2 rounds to your 1 AV round never mind the second round you are already dead regardless of wether it is militia or proto.

actually the sniper physics are fine IMO. sniper should be able to 1 shot kill if they can line up a head shot 2 to the body, otherwise why have a sniper rifle its virtually useless in close quarters. my balance issue is with the super mario SMG's...
