I think a reallocation system would be cool... I don't really want to make a new character but the position I'm in I won't be able to get level 2 gear (such as an assault riffle) for a few days..

Actually, a couple more Qs. How do you get more CPU/PG? I want higher level stuff but I have a really low cap. How do I get more skill points? Every once in a while it goes up by 1 but do you gain more per game?
