Unfortunately, South American corps have a much higher incidence of boosting players. Dust Brazil is another common culprit. You can file a ticket and let CCP know, but it's very unlikely that anything will come of it. I try to disrupt their effor...

Increasing the players per match will increase latency and lag and increase wait times while queuing for a match even further. I would put this on the Legion wish list with MTAC's and trees.

This is the first I have heard of the Min Assault having a broken hitbox. The Cal Scout gets a lot of grief for this, and hit detection overall is much maligned, but I'm pretty sure the Assault suits are all performing about the same in that regar...
