Oh yeah splash, didnt read that part, btw if you didnt know, there was never any splash, its just you hitting a big ass hitbox.

Yeah I spent a million SP into small blasters to use on my ADS, but I feel as I wasted it because the hit detection or whatever is broken, You can get that hitmarker, but they wont take damage.
