Why does it have a bonus for useless things is a better question. The only really useful knife is proto, and it has mad CPU req's so you gotta sacrifice a lot to cary it as a secondary. Knifing mechanics are still severely lacking even with active scanning. Melee bonus is ridiculous - maxed out bonus is like 50% IRC, proto melee biotics is another 50%? but scout has the worst base damage for melee and the easiest suit to die. So unless you are melee glitching you wont get your CQC kill because you wont OHK and you wont have time for a repeat melee attack. |

Well actually if you have your skills up in mimi scout, you wont have to use the proto only adv, but stil even adv without skills is very effective under the right cirumstances. |
