Maybe you should discuss DUST 514 item trading with your DUST 514 character then...? Don't get me wrong, I understand the issue, and that it could be fixed by removing the possibility to send stuff to EVE characters. But still, what's happening is...

EVE Online characters cannot have the same name as DUST 514 characters. They can be similar, but not the same. As long as the trading partners make it crystal clear who to trade with, there is no issue here. Just for a second, forget the fact that...

First player character created on the 26.06.2012. My first character created on the 03.07.2012. Edit: Yeah, so apparently I worded that terribly. The oldest DUST 514 characters still alive and kicking were created on the 26th of June 2012.

I have never encountered this myself, but this does seem to be a trend in support tickets. Please try to reinstall the game itself - a fresh install is less likely to be corrupted.
