We know there was an issue with a specific daily mission that could not be rerolled, and as far as I know this was resolved with Hotfix Foxfour. We have also reimbursed AUR used on these rerolls, and this was already discussed in the thread CCP, daily missions have a problem Also, I noticed your ticket, this will be handled when I'm on shift - Monday - so no worries. Btw what about our emotional distress, for being accused of stealing, and for being threatened with SONY? Who is going to compensate me for that? This was a broken mission that we fixed, and for which we gladly offered reimbursing AUR spent on the rerolls. Nobody is trying to steal AUR. And yeah, feel free to contact SONY if you wish to do so. The APEX Serpent Scout you bought was probably one of the "exploited" ones so you don't get that back. Emotional distress?!?!? Are you kidding me?! This is New Eden, buddy. Take your emotional distress to a therapist.
