some mapps have spots that you can make this happen (not telling what mapps) But iv also had this happen to hives,they just disappear in to the ground and you cant get ammo from them,so yes needs looking into.

I run a injector on all my suits and the thing is just broke.BF3 has a easy rez system works 100% of the time,in dust its 30% IMO.I stick with it cus somebodys got to.Im hopeing for a real fix soon,I think the who killed you screen needs to go and...
