If CCP got excited about it them maybe the could just add "Equipment" slots to Vehicles and have the Physical Shield available along with other toys such as Laser Sights (which would also add a reduction to recoil and bullet and missle sway/spray)...

Dragons Dogma is more fun. Skyrim is a better RPG. i personally love DD but there are a couple things that irk me (like no Co-op or progressive difficulty in NG+) but it has a somewhat quirky charm to it. The combat and pawn system are fun too....
