I could see a limited SP respec twice a year (similar to how we can reassign stat points in Eve twice a year). I would say you need to be limited to respecing a limited amount of SP though, so that there is still a consequence for making a mistake...

I'd love to have a list after each match showing how many times each red dot killed me, and how many times I killed each red dot. I just don't pay attention when I kill who it was, or when I was killed I don't pay attention to who killed me.
