The bolt pistol is a pointless weapon. It's ROF/DPS is just terrible. It's DPS at standard is like, 250. Plus the recoil on HF is just ridiculous for a pistol. It's like trying to shoot people with the charge sniper rifle in standard combat.

Err, they probably would receive a battle message stating they lack the PG/CPU to use the item.. or maybe make it where their suit loses effectiveness, e.g. run & sprint speed, base HP, etc.
