Its a invincibility hack, not merely a "bug". Sad to say I've seen this over a dozen times already, usually used along wit pay to win weapons to one hit kill everyone.

Is this even possible? Saw one person do 20 precision strikes, more than 1 per minute, in a skirmish match. Is there not some sorta cooldown on such a blatantly cheap (and not supposed to be able to be used without a EVE corp after beta) attack?
