Why were these not refunded? I can't afford the 3 million SP to spec back into the sever logistics. I main tanks. The previous build cost 200k sp to spec into Sever Logistics. These need to be refunded.

I still can't bring myself to put SP in dropsuit skils to unlock vehicle modules. Why would I do this? What if they fix it later? Will they refund SP for those skills?
