I find strafing speed fine as it is, its still challenging to shoot moving targets with a heavy. If strafing speeds increase heavy turn speed should increase a little.

Was it the Null cannon Things? You can sometime glitch through them. I have done this and its funny because you're invincible inside them and people waste their ammo trying to shoot me. You also can't shoot out of them though.
