I can confirm this one too, just tried it and was able to sprint across an entire map(skirmish 5 points A-E) in any suit that I selected even from supply depot in game. Kb/m Microsoft Wireless natural multimedia keyboard and mouse.

I've played 9 games in a row now no problem, has any had the same luck. Also I deleted and reinstalled the game and did steps 3 and 4 of the reboot screen. Hope this helps someone else.
