Since we're battling in High sec (I believe) I suppose we have to follow some rules of warfare, like not haivng your ships glass the planet ect, but when the fighting reaches Null sec, well what Condor doesn't know won't bother them.

I already said awhile back we need to have a filter system so new players don't get thrown in waaay over their heads, my suggestion was meta level caps or requirments but an SP based filter sounds more effective and fair.
