Very kind of you. Now to something about the ScR :p Ok it's not OP, but can we at least give the AScR a overheat on the first mag? I can't do it with a non-Amarr suit, and I'm tired of getting killed by scouts using them.

Take it up with CCP allowing every suit to equip any weapon they want. Scouts with AR/CR/ScR/RR are bullpoop. Give'em shottys, knives and snipers(and side arms) and the suit becomes balanced.
