First game of the day. Don't even need to restart to fix it, just leave the match and join another one, problem is solved. Just curious if there is any way to resolve this without actually leaving the match; for instance, this same thing isn't to...

This happens occasionally with a keyboard and mouse. You should learn to control your temper better. Those controllers can be expensive.

Is there a workaround for this other than leave the match? Seem's like a caching issue, standing still/not turning/not bringing new textures and models and it run's 'acceptable'. Otherwise, sub-1 to 5 frames per second

Try testing with an Ethernet cable, see if that resolves anything. You could also try updating the router's firmware (or rolling back if it supports it)

There are reports of Solid state hard drives helping with texture pop and framerate drops, Your issue might be related to a hard drive not performing as it should, op.
