sticky granades would require MORE skill. contact granades just spash things to death. sticky granades would assumably be more like locus, and have a timer, making them EXACTLY as balanced as locus just instead of bounce mechanics it would stick ...

with the mini logi the most you need is 2 codebreakers so generally a hack suit will want 3-4 complex shield extenders 0-1 10% damage mod 1cpu mod (if you need it) 1-2 basic plates and your 1-2 codebreakers
