The more bullets you are hit with, the stronger the effect. Which is why combat rifle and HMG are kings in that regard.

Good job. You just killed armor tanking, and my Caldari asssault would be my new Go To suit. We cannot stack plates, we use armor reapirers, the HP difference is tiny. The only oddity are logis, which are getting fixed.
