Not sure if the photos show it or if some LAV's are like this already. But it seems like some LAV's are getting a 5% damage resist bonus per level of LAV skill.

So I'm on IRC's dust channel and someone mentions Sisi, CCP's eve online test server. Just wanted to through this out there, but anybody with access to the test server might want to check it for dust items. Some interesting things on there.

I haven't done any shield tanking, but I do drive a lot of armor tanks. From my understanding, active hardeners last longer and have shorter cool downs than the shield variety. And the active repper is supposed to be better than the shield versio...
