I was looking at eve offline when it happened to me. Numbers for both dust and eve dropped like rocks, Dust went from mid 4000's to mid 2000's now, and eve went from the 30K's to low 20K's. Something is definitely wrong with tranquility.

Funny thing is the EVE forums have been acting up the same as the Dust forums. So its not just Dust messing up, wish CCP would come out and say if something was going on or not so we can at least know they have it under 'control'.
