I've noticed this, too, when I put the controller down to chat with the keyboard. Pressing Z only seems to work in the quarters but not on the warbarge. Using the left d-pad still works, just not Z. I've also noticed that neither works during load...

That wasn't the respec, that was the refund they said would happen. The respec is where they do what they did after Uprising was patched in. And it may be a few days on your respec, they are doing them in batches but never said how big those batch...

Well, for one, it's passive booster. Second, it and the rest of the passive boosters are bugged wherein when they expire the game removes the SP bonus twice causing you to lose SP, even going into the negatives. Equipping a new passive booster fix...

Outside of taking your controller apart, not really. I use the controller, though, and haven't had any issues with tracking (except on turrets, still slow as heck).

Yeah, they said it would be after the skill re-reworking. Could mean it won't be till the 31st, could mean it's tomorrow. People just assumed it would be today cause, well, why not. Would have been nice if it was, though.

Actually, if you have a fairly good grasp of target leading, you can hit anything with anything so long as you have the force to get it there. I've hit LAVs in motion with a forge gun before... probably do a better job of it if I was any good.

Honestly, two enhanced plates aren't going to murder your speed like complex plates will and will give you more armor HP than militia or basic plates. They are a happy medium, I think. Basic plates are good, but I wouldn't short yourself the HP.
