I will say that once you get the AR to 5 there is a noticeable difference in the kick/dispersion. But you should start to feel it by lvl 3. I'd say it's worth it given the OP, it's just a lot easier to hip fire, ADS, etc

8 mil but i feel like i have to round it to 10 based on the replies. 5 mil in core skills w 1 max'd weapon and 3/3 in dropsuits. I hardly play the game (3-4 hours a week) and had maybe 1 or 2 months fully boosted, rest is passive.
