AV nades can still be used as land mines. I threw 2 AV nades from afar at a tank and they never were within homing reach and some time had passed when the tank rolled over them and I got the kill.

Plasma Cannon hits do not notify user. I used it on Tanks and Installations, and definitely blew up the installation but it just never told me I was hitting it, I had to use my eyes to confirm hits.
