Ok, so that * 7 is 168000, just under the weekly active SP. Daily bonus should also count as something separate from passive SP. But either way, grinding for active SP is still good whether or not you can have 3 characters with passive.

Plus, this seems like one of the relatively 'easy' things they could change in the game, its not like adding a new weapon map or dropsuit to the game, its just tweaking who can get passive sp.
