Proto breach ScP has extremely high DPS, and if thats working as intended can my AR and Ion Pistol also have 475 DPS at ADV level ? Also I have yet to notice what the scout nerf did.

Possibly an animation bug but it during the decloak you are a blue ghost with the little octagon around you so it's pretty easy to see. Even if I declared instantly you will still fall to my feet

That is the question... Personally I don't think heavy HP should be nerfed. But equally they are very powerful to how easily spammable they are. It's not their HP but how easy they are to bring to the field.

1.8 makes passive scanning more relevant but it is very glitchy, scannable targets pop in and out of passive scan and sometimes do not appear.
