While we're at it, RDV collision damage seriously needs looking at. I hit an RDV in my double-hardened extended Myron and got instapopped. For reference, that means that tapping an RDV does at least roughly 13110 damage.

I'm leaning towards gunslinger scout with Ion + Bolt pistols, or Ion + SMG when I'm feeling spray-and-pray. Open with the charge shot to shred shields, follow up with anti-armor tech.
