In terms of viability: HMG = AR = CR = RR = ScR | MD = LR > PLC | FG > SL >PLC ScRs are still viable if you only fight Shield Tankers, which should be increasingly common once the Shield/Armor imbalance is taken care of. Plasma Rifles ...
