I agree with the OP. A prime example of this is the 'Dropsuit Command' skill. It does nothing apart from unlock some dropsuit choices - there is no point at all in leveling it past 3, no benefit at all, and it only serves to inflate the number of ...

Tbh the vast amounts of isk after the first reset were bad enough. I had 200 mil and ~400 protosuits, and that's not even much compared to a lot of people. It completely negates the penalty for using proto - the cost incurred when losing the drops...
