See, I think shields would be fine if they could survive long enough to leverage their superior regen. As TTK stands at the moment, that opportunity just isn't there and thus shields are rather lacklustre.

See, the thing is, they're really expensive to get. Saying you'll only pay x amount and then having x amount be dirt cheap is never going to work. If the going price is 100+ mil, then you're not likely to get it for under that.
