It's worth considering on projectile weapons, possibly. Hybrids maybe too. Lasers and explosives, definitely not worth bothering with.

It's not a straight increase in TTK. Shotguns, and very notably, HMGs are unchanged, for example. In particular I see the HMG doing horrifying things.
