Another good PC mechanic would be to have a daily CP cost per district, say 1000 CP. This would prevent inactive corps from holding districts... Not going to name names :)

I think there may be PC farming going on again with a bunch of the attacks I see lately. Some corps are always mostly attacked withou ever loosing a battle. They should really look into that ISK payout bug for PC battles we saw.
